NASA rehires firm to provide Dryden service

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE – NASA has rehired an Illinois-based company to provide aerospace ground equipment support services at Dryden Flight Research Center. A follow-on to an existing contract that concludes June 30, the contract with Kay and Associates Inc. covers a three-year base period beginning July 1 and could be extended for up to a total of 10 years, with a potential maximum value of $21 million if all options are exercised. Kay and Associates, based in Buffalo Grove, Ill., employs about 25 people at NASA Dryden. The firm has provided ground equipment support services at NASA Dryden since 1988.
